a CLUES Card, you can:
- Walk
into any CLUES library.

Complete
the registration form
- or you may download the Downloadable
Registration Form to print out and bring in to
us.
- Non-Cumberland
County residents may receive a CLUES card for a $40
annual fee per family. In 1996, over 500 families
outside Cumberland County received CLUES cards.
- Present
ID with verifiable address.
- Receive
your library card on the spot!
Acceptable
forms of identification include:

- An
unexpired driver's license
- Any
recent utilities bill or bank check and deposits
with printed name and address
- Unexpired
credit cards (home address only)
- Property
tax receipts
- Certification
of residency
- Auto
registration
- Senior
citizen ID (current address only)
- Medicaid
cards with name, address, and expiration date
- Voter
registration
- Rent
receipts with date, name and address
- Military
or casino identification with current address and
date
- Insurance
cards with expiration date, name and address
- Student
ID with picture and address
Special
Procedures for Using the Cumberland County College
Library:
- Cumberland
County College students must identify themselves at
the College Library to be categorized for privileges
granted by the College Library. This involves proof
of registration for each semester enrolled.
- Anyone
under 18 years of age cannot borrow from the College
Library. Ages 18 and over may only borrow books from
the College Library collection.
